Please join Beginnings for a free concert as the city of Bayonne and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation honor the memory of Jersey City Detective Joseph P. Seals by renaming a road in 16th Street Park in his honor. The ceremony takes place at 5pm and the concert begins at 6pm.
